Blacks are more significantly more violent towards Latino and White people, how are both Latino and White people to be blamed for this:

In 2013 a statistic study, by the New Century Foundation, found, of the approximately 660,000 crimes of interracial violence that involved blacks and whites, blacks were the perpetrators 85 percent of the time. This meant a black person was 27 times more likely to attack a white person than vice versa. A Hispanic was eight times more likely to attack a white person than vice versa. Since 1968, FBI NIBRS 2021 statistics on Interracial Murder in total are: 193,500 Interracial Murders; 145,500 White Victims of Blacks (75.3%), 48,000 Black Victims of Whites (24.7%), 35,000 White Female Victims of Blacks, and 6,000 Black Female Victims of Whites.

A scorpion wants to cross a river but cannot swim, so it asks a frog to carry it across. The frog hesitates, afraid that the scorpion might sting it, but the scorpion promises not to, pointing out that it would drown if it killed the frog in the middle of the river. The frog considers this argument sensible and agrees to transport the scorpion. Midway across the river, the scorpion stings the frog anyway, dooming them both. The dying frog asks the scorpion why it stung despite knowing the consequence, to which the scorpion replies: "I am sorry, but I couldn't resist the urge. It's in my nature."
