An afternoon on Christ Church meadow, Oxford.

My friend Alex visited me from London took this picture.

March

12th

Headington Park, Oxford.

I written "Nice to wake up floating among these beautiful flowers.".

11th

The riverside in Richmond on Thames.

I written that "Richmond is Art".

6th

London, underneath Waterloo Bridge at a soup run, I written: "Good hot vegetarian stew (my dinner) @ Kings table soup kitchen underneath Waterloo Bridge @ 2:30pm".

5th

Simon Community soup kitchen in Westminster. I written: "Unfriendly @ best of times, vegetarians view as the exception so endure a more lengthy wait for food".

3rd

Very traumatised at the Aldwych I written: "Sick man who followed me around London for months chanting @ me in weird messed up language".

In Soho Square I remember him motivating a young blonde, white student to perform Lady Gaga choreography in front of me. There were many of these stalkers during this time.

2nd

Sleeping at the back of the Strand hotel with my friend Alex. Approached by Westminster Outreach Team [contracted Connections in Saint Martins] I written: "Wrestling outreach, Street outreach talking to my friend abaihe."

Fluent in Mandrin language, she claimed to have worked as a television presenter in China, but got deported for refusing to criticise the Dalai Lama. She was serial sexually assaulted by black Africa men whilst she slept rough by hot air vents behind the Strand Hotel.

1st

Homeless people gather around Saint Martins in the Fields, waiting for Connections in Saint Martins daycentre to open.

The day centre hosted an art group, led by a Jewish man and women. I attended this group regularly, until I was rehoused into a hostel in Bayswater.

February

28th

I written: "This old lady passes by Connections to St Martins Post office every Monday, probably to cash in her pension!".

See so much in the photographs, that I did not see fourteen years ago.

27th

There were many street entertainers along the Southbank by the river Thames.

And the displaced, I wonder now, what or who had pushed them out of their lives.

occupying their homes to deface their demolished destinies.

26th

Homeless woman, seated on Tottenham Court road outside Sainsburys supermarket is questioned by police.

Soup kitchen in Camden closed.

Means going hungry for me, I had no recourse to state benefits during this time.

25th

Dwelled in Westminster Refference Library often, keep away from the dangers of the street. Pictured is the stairwell.

During this evening I remembered smelling a rising vapour (from the basement) of hot lamp oils.

Homeless people crash anywhere, from both physical and mental exhaustion. Cold paving slabs are comfortable when your tired to the bone.

Who was this elderly gentleman, and why lay himself to rest by London's embankment.

I'm suffering from bad feet today.

24th

Boudica bolting at Westminster Palace.

Artist painting the River Thames.

Bishops park in Lambeth, I slept here often, nearby the rear of Lambeth palace.

My bed, not just today, but for many nights; I rotated sleeping locations.

23rd

I written: "Was so grim sleeping here, cried waking up to the sight of it. Probably one of the most dejected places I've slept rough.".

I written: "River of filthy rain water came flowing through almost touching my head".

22nd

A homeless man collapsed with exhuastion in a chair at Westminster Refference Library.

I written: "Nice deep doorway here, felt safe but cramped, couldn't stretch out, weird cafe entrance displaying strange punch and judy pictures on walls.".

21st

I written: "Waiting for a ride or trying to cross over?".

I written: "Interesting perspective between this female Connections client's clothing and Connections building".

20th

I written: "Urine smelling theatre doorway until door was forcefully pushed open throwing me down steps & bashing my forearms on hard pavement left me tearfully crying with despear."

A banana ring around an apple.

Collapsing with exhaustion in the Southbank centre; this guy came down from Scotland, his folks could cope with him being gay; he became creepy, sporting a bondage collar whilst hanging about some of the darker places of Soho.

Another sleeping place.

I became aquaited with a women who slept rough in this doorway.

As part of a drive to "get entrenched rough sleepers off the streets", they sectioned her, then released her homeless zombified with anti-psychotics.

19th

Inert objects became omens, hypervigilance ragged whilst I struggled to survive on these streets.

Covent Garden.

I write: "Was very wet on this day.".

I write: "Sleeping Place. Popular sleeping place in City of London although not many people seen there recently".

I write: "Strand snuggle. Comfort and affection in world of forsaken oppertunities of kindness".

I write: "Cleaning teeth by Peace. St James church garden, very peaceful retreat amongst bussle of Regent street / Picadilly".

I write: "Saatchi Gallery. Wonderful dizzy afternoon spend roaming Saatchi gallery of contemporary art near Sloane sqaure".

I write: "Your a jerk. Man on bus was jerking himself off through his trousers whilst looking & smilling @ moi, too disturbing so took picture.".

Westminster streets are a disgusting place to sleep.

Faceless public urinate in all the quiet places where homeless people sleep.

I write: "Fiddler. Contented fiddler earning a good wedge of cash! Love the pretty ribbons on his violin!"

I write: "Dejected. Walked by most strangest homeless sight, a person inside this coat, sleeping bag & hat?, if so they completely flopped.".

I write: "Second attack on same painting. Spiteful vandal obviously didn't think he did a good enough job so returned to defaced my painting some more.".

And write in comment "Why do people despise every beautiful thing I bring to this world?".

I write: "Leinster Square, Bayswater. Leinster Square in the snow.".

I write: "Hostel Window Refrigerator. Typical hostel room refrigerator.".

I write: "Demon doughnuts. Demon doughnuts or doughnuts for demons? baked / iced weirdness.".

I write: "Homeless snowman. Extremely cute Snowman with pink scarf created yesterday by homeless Connections day centre clients @ St Martins in the Fields..".

2nd

My room at Lookahead hostel, Leinster Square, Bayswater.

I write: "Cosy bedroom, using external lcd monitor cause laptop screen smashed up due to panic attack / lucid dreaming.".

I write: "View of outside from my hostel room balcony.".

I write: "Hostel art room. Spent most of yesterday in this room painting!".

27th

I written: "Panic attack smashed laptop screen. Morning after one of my panic attacks produced this on the display of my laptop.".

I writen: "Freeze in Bag. This isn't boil in a bag.

I written: "Got permission to take this one, very happy with it, nice smile! Guy on the left has a tattoo that says he is a 'hells angel'.

Lost, subordinated with terror, perhaps he never saw his world either.

I written: "Street Oragami in Brighton. This guy reminded me of the poet recital guy who hangs about outside Embankment Station.".

Glare from this guy at Trafalgar Square.

I wrote: "Jackson Justice Campaign. Crazy stare from this MJ fan but he was very friendly and gave a nice smile when I talked too him".

I wrote: "Very timid looking man but very approachable and friendly".

I wrote: "Was very cold when I took this outside the night shelter, plain clothes police came told these rough sleepers to move on but they hung out and more cops came and eventually talked them into moving on".

I wrote: "Didn't like this photo, it's too lonely and dejected, upset me, this guy stands on these steps and pretends to conduct an imaginary orchestra.".

I write: "Have seen this man waiting outside connections many times but never seen him go inside, strange.".

I write: "Homeless rough sleeper on steps of St Martins in the Fields Church".

I write: "Homeless mandolin player waiting for food @ the Strand".

I write: "Moi trying not 2 look anxious or stressed at the Southbank Centre".

I write: "Heinous spy CCTV camera hidden in light fitting records footage of Connections Clients and Staff in and around St Martins in the Fields".

I write: "Baggage hung on railings outside Connections @ StMartins in the Fields".

I write: "No Sleeping. No Sleeping here says the shop owner and police! Better get born some place else...".

Service worker enters into Connections in Saint Martins day centre / night shelter.

3rd

I write: "Gypsy Bloc Pavers. Gypsy block pavers on the search for A10 labourers, rumours abound as to how genuine there offer of work actually is, some say they keep / take away A10 labourers passports as deposit 4 caravan and then refuse 2 pay them for there work".

They came to the Strand looking for somebody.

I write: "London Duck Tour In. It's fun, it’s quirky and it’s different!"

I written: "Viewing Westminster Place from the Southbank by Telescope.".

Saint Thomas hosptial is to the rear, I met some strange people along this strip of embankment, between the Southbank and Lambeth Palace.

Sleeping rough in Bishops Park, Lambeth, London; I tried to stay optimistic about my situation.

I written: "Sleeping under an open sky is awesome although the stench of foxes urine here is nauseating.".

I written: "New Socks (after SockMob)! TheSockMob gave socks, coffee, yummy vegan food and half hour of very nice company on Tuesday in Covent Garden"

I written: "This morning filming on the Southbank, Holly sucks her lolly 2 get the viewers going".

He's fallen asleep in Westminster Refference Library.

I written: "Creepy Christian Fellowship visits the Strand and hands out hot dogs along with a vebal serving of 'salvation'.".

I written: "Bench covered in pigeon poop, Soho Sq.".

I written: "Headless rat discover by stage @ Embankment Gardens.".

I write: "Strand Soup run. Lots of Soup runs and hungry homeless frequent here, busy busy!". Was actually left over sandwiches from Eat and Pret distributed from here.

A bicycle riding Jewish looking guy with a balding head used to collect and distribute these sandwiches, he'd spend his off time at the obelisk, beside the river Thames.

19th

This road sweeper took my picture, but didn't want his picture taken.

I write: "Most unwanted Abdul 'I'm a singulette' the Algerian claims he comes from gay Paris when staggering around Soho in drunken stupor."

I write: "Picture of me with a friend a while back before all the terrible things that happened to me from living rough on the streets of London. They've tried so desperately to break me."

Pictured behind me in Neil, he lived in a cottage on Balham Common.

I write: "Empty Bench Winter Clapham Common. Was very cold when I took this picture! Took lots of these icy chill pictures early last year, might up load some more soon".
