Weimar Republic

In America, the public is given zero information on the “Weimar Republic,” the period in Germany post-WW1 that led to the rise of the National Socialists in 1933. This is deliberate. The period holds too many secrets to the modern world.

First, on what Germany was pre-Weimar: As the Holy Roman Empire ended, Germans united throughout the 18th & 19th centuries under strong leadership, loyal monarchs, and good governance. Germany was a bustling European centre of industry, military, culture & Christianity.

Then World War 1 happened. Largely orchestrated by corrupt Global interests, it was a disaster for Germany. Germany had a string of victories, and sought a peaceful truce. But Global financiers behind the war would lose money & their agenda, so they brought in America in 1917.

How the war ended is crucial to setting the stage for Weimar. The German war effort collapsed in 1918 when Communists led strikes in munitions factories and launched a violent Revolution in Germany. The monarchy fell, the war ended with no truce, & Liberal Elites create Weimar.

Before I get into who comprised this new “Liberal Elite” in Germany, first, a look at who was behind the Revolution:

At the Treaty of Versailles, a crippled Germany was carved up by the Global Elite, with no opposition from the new Weimar leaders.

Who were the key representatives letting this happen?

The term “Weimar” comes from the city of Weimar, where this new, liberal democratic government was first assembled. In this unnatural, fragmented Germany, a new constitution was foisted on the people.

Who wrote it?

For nearly a decade, this government was overwhelmingly run by Left, Liberal, non-German influences.

For the 70-80 years leading up to Weimar, Left-Liberal socialists had been wreaking havoc across Germany, preventing the people from knowing real peace.

Who were the earliest leaders?

The early years of Weimar were filled with turmoil and suffering.

The people weren't organised.

The extreme Left launched frequent rebellions.

There were food shortages & poverty.

France invaded Germany in 1923-1925 to collect WWI reparations.

It was an absolute mess.

The ineffectual government was often embroiled in scandal, with one group at the centre.

Barmat Scandal

The Barmat scandal was a political scandal in 1924 and 1925 in the Weimar Republic which implicated the Social Democratic Party of Germany in corruption, war profiteering, fraud, bribery, and other financial misdeeds. Julius Barmat was a Russian Jew who became a wholesale merchant with "less than perfect character.” After World War I, he moved to the Netherlands, where he bought foodstuffs in the Netherlands to export into Germany (which had suffered badly during and after the war from lack of food) after the end of the war.

Barmat had profited from political patronage. He had joined the Dutch Social Democrats in 1908 and after the war had given the Social Democrats Second International free office space in his Amsterdam home. He consequently met German Social Democrats and developed connections that were helpful in transactions in foodstuffs for Germany. Barmat also had connections with Ernst Heilman (the SPD leader in the Prussian Landtag) and Gustav Bauer (former Reich Chancellor). Heilmann became close friends with Julius and wrote letters of recommendation and served on the boards of six Barmat companies, but did not accept financial rewards. However, Wilhelm Richter, President of the Berlin Police, did receive gifts from Barmat.

The Barmats received German visas and established business relations with various state offices, including the Prussian State Bank and the Preußische Seehandlung. In return, they donated around 20,000 Reichsmarks to Social Democratic newspapers, founded a children's home in Pirna, and paid commissions to Bauer. The national government's postal department generated considerable cash as a result of the mail, and it invested idle funds with Barmat's investment company. The Prussian State Bank also loaned a considerable sum of money to Barmat.

Barmat, however, engaged in currency speculation with the funds, and the Barmat investment company collapsed in late 1924. Both the national Weimar government and the Prussian State Bank lost several million dollars as a result of the Barmat firm's collapse, and a Reichstag commission was formed to investigate the matter. In addition, a commission of the Prussian Landtag was also formed to investigate. Most of the investigative work (and almost all of the publicity) came from this Landtag committee, or as a result of its work, rather than from the national committee of the central parliament.

Sklarek Scandal

The Sklarek scandal was a political scandal which started in 1927 in Weimar Germany. It primarily involved three brothers, Leo, Max and Willy Sklarek who were arrested for fraud in the autumn of that year, coming to trial on 13 October 1931. As with the previous Barmat scandal, the brothers were Jewish. In 1926, the Sklarek brothers bought the stock of the clothing distribution company, with which the municipality of Berlin dressed its agents during the First World War.

This relationship was continued in the postwar years. However, the brothers defrauded the Berlin municipality by issuing a series of false invoices for goods never delivered. When the fraud was discovered, the damages were estimated at over 10 million marks. The brothers bribed or attempted to bribe a large number of Weimer officials to cover up the scandal. The corruption was so widespread that the court proceedings ran to 2300 pages.

All involved Jewish crime rings scamming Germany with political corruption, bribery, fraud, war-profiteering, etc.

Accompanying Weimar's broken political world was an equally sick and degenerate culture and society.

EVERYTHING was tolerated.

Berlin became the sin capital of the world.

Many poor, desperate Germans sold themselves like cheap goods.

No sexual perversion was off the table.

“I saw pimps offering anything to anybody; little boys, little girls, robust young men, libidinous women, animals. The story went the rounds that a male goose whose neck you cut at just the right ecstatic moment world give you the most delicious frisson of all — as it allowed you to enjoy sodomy, bestiality, homosexuality, necrophilia, and sadism at one stoke. Gastronomy too, as one could eat the goose afterwards.”.

At the centre of this sexual “revolution” was Magnus Hirschfeld.

He created the “Institute of Sexual Research,” located in Berlin, celebrating all kinds of sexual fetishes, conducting trans-surgery, research, etc.

Sound familiar?

It's all happened before, in Weimar Germany.

“Well before 1933 the Jews had taken possession of the film industry even more thoroughly than of the theater. That was understandable, because the earnings in the film industry overshadow the earnings of any other artistic activity…. The biggest step in the direction of the decline of the German cultural life [however] was taken in the field of the light entertainment genre. Here—in the genre of musical comedy and above all in revue and burlesque—frivolity and lasciviousness were to rear their ugly heads. So much so that during these years Berlin was quite correctly considered the most immoral city in the world. It was Jews who introduced this pornographic “art form” to Germany, a debased genre completely unknown before the Great War, and so it is the Jews who can be held responsible for the general decline in morals. The Jewish sexologists Ivan Bloch and Magnus Hirschfeld became the representatives of “sex research” camouflaged as science—a bogus science that was merely an excuse for pornography and propaganda designed to destroy the institute of marriage and the sanctity of the family".

The “German” Film Industry was also filled with degenerate themes.

The Pornography business also became extremely popular and lucrative during Weimar, often taking advantage of German women looking for work.

People like Kurt Tucholsky made sure everyone got their fix.

Art in Weimar experienced a similar descent into meaningless, perverse works that inspired nothing but sadness and discord.

“Dadaism” & “Cubism” were all the rage.

The Elites promoted this as “intellectual” and modern.

Sound familiar?

Painters like Hanns Ludwig Katz did well.

Even prominent photographers, like Erwin BlumenfeId, sought to inject subversive, anti-German themes into their work.

The German Media, much like today, collaborated with the political & social Elite, ignoring the plights of everyday Germans and the complete degradation of German culture.

“The Decay of our culture, these mounds of contamination of our whole cultural life, the decomposition of our literature, the poisoning of our theatres, of our movies, all the art is now falling for it.

Millions of you do not participate any more. It does not appeal to them any more. This art was not born from our people. It is alien to us and will remain alien. It has nothing to do with the western character and did not come from our soul. It was imposed on us by our subversive press, which had made it palatable.

And parallel to this already the assault against the education of our children’s brains, the tearing out of all the memories of our proud past, the insult to all our great men and people, the removal of its memory from the heart and the brain and out of our youth and with it a large defilement of our history.

Nothing of what was once great, nothing of what helped create this great nation to make it strong was spared from these corroding and corrosive attacks Everything is demolished starting from the symbols of the past, from the cockades and flags to the great men of our history”.

Who ran the major newspapers & publishers in Weimar? No Germans.

Weimar hit rock bottom when the US stock market crashed & the global Great Depression followed.

The degenerate society was wholly unprepared.

Unemployment, starvation, disease, currency collapse.

The hyperinflation meant that by 1923 the price of ordinary goods and food was billions of marks. The marks were literally not worth the paper they were printed on, and it was cheaper to burn them than buy fuel.

Stacks of German money were often worthless.

The Weimar nightmare was complete.

Throughout Weimar, Europe learned of the horrors of Bolshevism to the East.

Yet, Communists paraded openly in Weimar, with official parties in the Govt (led by Werner Scholem).

The Weimar Elite seemed unable & uninterested in protecting Germans from their revolutionary cousins.

Perhaps this explains why when one man & his movement rose from obscurity, promising a return of power to the German people, a return of tradition, morality, hope, he received radical hate from the establishment, but fanatical love from the German people.

Now you know the Truth.

One could go on and on about Weimar.

Someday, I'll do a thread on what the Nationalist Right was doing during this period.

But I mainly wanted to show what Weimar was, who ran it, and how it affected German society.

If you study the West today, you'll notice the similarities.

Weimar was the first oppressive neoliberal democracy.

You're never told about it because:

1. It ruins the WWII lies our Govts tell us.
2. You're in Weimar 2.0. If you ever learn that, you may learn how to escape it. This scares the Elite.
